Donation Program

At St. Joseph’s Boys’ High School, we focus on providing students with the best education possible. No matter where they want to excel, we strive to make sure all our students have the tools and resources they need to prepare them for the future.

Of course, none this would be possible without the generous support from our OBA community. With past donations we have been able to provide scholarships for deserving students.

To continue offering our students a top-notch education, we urge you to be generous and enable students to excel with your kind contribution towards the following programs

Causes of OBA

The OBA supports the school through 4 focussed initiatives – Scholarships, Mid-day Meals, Awards and Teachers’ Health Insurance.

Scholarships – The School has an extensive programme to support students from economically weaker sections of society. Students are selected by the school based on need regardless of religion or gender. A few of these students are supported by the OBA

The Loyola Scholarship Programme provides fee support to students from Std.1 to Std.10 / Std. 12 with a contribution of 75,000/- annually or a corpus of 12.50 lakhs. The school decides on the required fee support based on need.

Mid Day Meals – Deserving Students are provided with a wholesome meal for lunch on about 200 working school days.

Teachers’ Health Insurance – Medical Insurance cover of 3 lakh is provided to all our teachers and 3 dependents. Retired teachers and their spouses are also covered. This has helped them during surgeries, covid and geriatric care. The teachers have the option to purchase an additional top up directly from the insurance provider.

Awards – Old Boys have set up specific end use funds to reward excellence in studies, sports and extra-curricular activities.
